We have a lovely double room available in our home, and we’re looking for the right person to join us. If you’re a tidy, respectful woman in full-time work who values a calm and clean living space, this might be just what you’re looking for.

About the Room:

The room is bright, peaceful, and fully furnished with:
• A double bed and comfy mattress
• Wardrobe
• Chest of drawers
• Shelving unit
• Bedside table

It’s in great condition and well cared for. You’ll share a clean, modern bathroom with just one other housemate (a friendly and considerate female professional).

About the House:

The house is quiet and relaxed—ideal for someone who wants a comfortable, tidy place to come home to after work. It has a well-equipped kitchen, a small dining area, a utility room, and a private garden that’s nice for a morning coffee or a bit of fresh air in the evening.

There’s a parking lot right next to the house, which makes parking easy and convenient.

You’ll be sharing with three others—two women and one man—all working professionals who are easygoing, respectful, and keep the house clean and low-key.

Location:

We’re on a quiet residential street, about a 10-minute walk from Slade Green station, with regular trains to London Bridge, Cannon Street, and Charing Cross (around 35–40 minutes). Abbey Wood station is also close by, giving you fast connections via the Elizabeth Line to Canary Wharf (11 minutes) and Central London.

Shops and other essentials are all nearby.

We’re hoping to find someone who’s:
• A full-time working professional (female preferred)
• Tidy, considerate, and easy to live with
• A non-smoker
• Comfortable with a few simple house rules (no overnight guests or long daytime visits)

It’s not a party house—it’s more suited to someone who values a calm, respectful living environment and wants a peaceful home base.
