A cozy double room is available for long-term rent to a quiet and tidy professional.

The house is in very good condition and is well looked after. It is a place where all household members can relax and enjoy quiet time after a busy day at work.

THE ROOM

It's a cosy and newly refurbished first floor double bedroom. The room includes double bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawer, shelving unit, and a bedside table.


You will share the bathroom with only one person (a female).
THE HOUSE

It’s a 2-floor house with kitchen, garden, utility room and two bathrooms. You will be sharing a big bathroom on the 1st floor with just one person, a lovely and tidy female.

The property is clean and cosy and the atmosphere in the house is peaceful and quiet. There are also one parking lot available in front of the house with CCTV in operation.

THE HOUSEMATES

You will be living with three professionals (1M, 2F).

THE TENANT

•We are seeking for mature, tidy and responsible tenant, a female, who is full-time working professional.

•Non smoker.

•No overnight stays or long daytime presence by friends and/or family.
Please note that potential tenants could be asked to go through the tenant referencing process.

LOCATION

- The property is located on a quiet residential road
- 10 minutes walk to Slade Green station with excellent train connection to central London: London Bridge, Cannon Street, Charing Cross, (35-40 mins journey).
- Just 6 or 9 minutes (depending on the train) from Slade Green to Abbey Wood station where the Elizabeth line trains depart to Canary Wharf (11 min journey) and central London (Tottenham Court Road , Paddington Station etc)
- Trains to inner London are frequent
