Hi there,
We have a lovely double room available in our home, and we're looking for the right person to join us. If you're a tidy, respectful woman in full-time work who values a calm and clean living space, this might be just what you're looking for.
About the Room:
The room is bright, peaceful, and fully furnished.

It's in great condition and well cared for. You'll share a clean, modern bathroom with just one other housemate (a friendly and considerate female professional).

About the House:
The house is quiet and relaxed-ideal for someone who wants a comfortable, tidy place to come home to after work. It has a well-equipped kitchen, a small dining area, a utility room, and a private garden that's nice for a morning coffee or a bit of fresh air in the evening.

There's a parking lot right next to the house, which makes parking easy and convenient.

You'll be sharing with three others-two women and one man—all working professionals who are easygoing, respectful, and keep the house clean and low-key.

Location:
We're on a quiet residential street, about a 10-minute walk from Slade Green station, with regular trains to London Bridge, Cannon Street, and Charing Cross (around 35-40 minutes). Abbey Wood station is also close by, giving you fast connections via the Elizabeth Line to Canary Wharf (11 minutes) and Central London.

Shops and other essentials are all nearby.
