Quiet and clean home very close to train station

I am a single woman, non smoker, professional.

I have a good size double room to rent, fully furnished, wireless internet, nice garden, clean and uncluttered environment, quiet and calm, easy street parking if necessary, welcoming and homey. The house is a railway terrace cottage 1 minute walk from the station (literally) but not along the train tracks so you don't hear the trains from the house.

Trains leave between every 4 and 8 mins and take 30mins to Canary Wharf, 38 to London Bridge and Cannon street, and about 45mins to Waterloo and Charring Cross. Local buses and trains to Dartford and surrounding areas also very close, easy and reliable.

No couples, sorry.
All bills are included except for landline phone.
