We are a friendly couple with a quirky and comfortable detached home. One of us works from home and the other works part time. We are offering an ideal situation for someone who works or studies and needs somewhere affordable to relax in the evenings. There is driveway parking, so great if you have your own car. You would be more than welcome to use our living room if you wish to. We also have a large garden with an excellent patio to sit on. The house is very comfortable in the summer as it keeps very cool.

Snodland is very well connected with access to the motorways, proximity to Maidstone and a direct train to London. Dover port is only 50 mins away as well as Gatwick. Canterbury is also 40mins drive, as well as the trendy seaside town of Whitstable.

We would also welcome students and young people, as we are a multilingual household. Short term lets accepted. All are welcome! We only ask that you are clean, tidy and respectful. No smoking please and sorry no pets. Singles are preferred but we would consider couples on a short let basis only.
