I am looking for a full-time professional to take over tenancy for my current room mate. I am expecting a slight rent increase, but if this does not happen the rent will be £650 with bills on top.
This is a two bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area with plenty of parking. We have a shared kitchen and living room and your room has its own en-suite with a shower.
The current room mate is leaving her furniture, including the bed and mattress.
There is a train station 15-20minutes walk away with trains to Victoria every hour. There is not much more public transport, so a car is very helpful renting here.
