It is also only 1.6 miles from the centre of Tunbridge wells with a bus stop 1 street away with regular buses into town. The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe with draws underneath and bedside table. Willing to provide any extra furniture if required. Only 1 other housemate so plenty of shared communal space with a 1 large shared lounge, bathroom, kitchen and lovely back garden.

If storage is required there are currently two empty sheds that can be used.

I am a young female professional, 26 years old, who is a nurse at a local hospital so do shift work but only days not nights. Am looking for a friendly housemate who is sociable and easy to get along with.
