Spacious double

I have a double room available in my comfortable flat.

You would be living with me, a teacher.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom, although not an en suite (opposite bedroom) would be generally only used by you and any guests. The 2nd floor flat is spacious and very light and has a balcony.

Flat is very quiet and looks out onto a public field. 2 min walk to main road, buses and shops. 15 min walk to High Brooms station.

Council tax, water and gas/electricity not included, but wifi, tv licence and Netflix etc all included.
