Super double room in lovely home w big garden, TN4

I'm looking for a professional that would help love a creative garden, a neat and tidy house and a small resident cat. As such I think a female would probably be best suited to the room.
Available is a lovely double room with bath and shower en suite in my two bedroom house in Southborough, Tunbridge Wells.
The room overlooks a beautiful, good size semi-wild garden with some lovely flowers and trees. The garden also has spacious decked and paved seating front and back respectively.
The house has a large kitchen and living room with good internet provision.
I'm a considerate, emotionally mature, happy and friendly person, so I'd ideally like someone that shares those traits.
I have a small busiess working wth animals (not from home) and currently share the house with my beloved cat, Millie, who is perhaps the real landlord!
The property is ideally suited to working from home and easy to commute to and from London or nearer.
