Double bedroom in Southborough

I'm looking for someone to move in towards the end of the year. This would only be until September 2025 as my partner will be moving in then.

The flat is based in a central part of Southborough but set back from the main road which makes it nice and quiet. And close to shops and bus stops going into Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells.

There is a large shared living room, and a separate kitchen with use of all features such as washing machine, fridge/freezer and oven. The converted loft has plenty of storage space for any extra belongings.

The bedroom will not have any furniture, however there may be a chance that there will be a bed in there. I can update accordingly.

All bills are included eg. council tax, water, energy, contents insurance, WiFi.

There is no parking at the property but there is free on street parking on the road.

Ideally I'm looking for a professional who is clean, tidy, respectful and laid back.
