Bright Loft Room with En-Suite & Fab Views

A beautifully decorated peaceful loft room with private en-suite (including a full bath) is available to rent in our warm and welcoming Southborough home.

The room is Scandi-inspired, newly redecorated, and full of natural light with fabulous views over the surrounding area. It’s a peaceful space ideal for someone who appreciates a relaxed, comfortable environment.

You’d be sharing with me (a friendly, creative professional working mostly from home), my lovely 8 year old daughter, and two well-behaved cats. The atmosphere here is kind, fun, and easy-going — we’re LGBTQIA+ friendly, and happy to welcome pets, as long as they get on with our cats.

The house is clean and homely, but definitely lived in — if you’re after a show home, this probably isn’t the place! That said, we’re respectful of shared spaces and appreciate someone with the same attitude.

You’ll have access to:
• A shared kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, etc.)
• A cosy shared living room with open fire
• Superfast broadband and plenty of peace if you work from home too

Southborough is a lovely, leafy part of town – close to nature walks, great local cafés, and easy transport links to Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and London.

Looking for someone friendly, reliable, and considerate who’ll enjoy being part of a relaxed household. Short- or long-term considered.
