Double room at the back of the house, overlooking the garden in Southborough, TN4. Large kitchen/diner. Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. fast broadband, Netflix, patio garden with comfy seating area. Shared bathroom, freestanding bath, walk in shower. I’m a single professional woman with two kids who are in their late teens and are very independent, laid back and friendly. I work from home. Looking for someone easygoing, tidy and friendly.
