Large ensuite room available in Southborough

I’m looking for a friendly, respectful lodger to rent out a bright double ensuite room in my home.

The room is spacious, light-filled and comes with its own private bathroom, so it feels very self-contained. It comes with a double bed, bedside table and clothes rail (photos taken on the most grey and miserable Feb day!!)

The house itself is calm, comfortable and well looked after, with shared living and kitchen spaces that are ideal for relaxed evenings and easy routines. It's on a really lovely quiet road that's easily walkable to High Brooms station. There is on street parking available too.

I do have a little dog who is in the house part-time. She’s very well-behaved and loves people, but this place would suit someone who’s comfortable around dogs.

I’m looking for someone who’s tidy, considerate and enjoys a peaceful home. Ideally a professional who values their own space but is also happy to be friendly and communicative.

I work in Marketing in London and will be working from home 2/3 days a week so would prefer someone who also either works out the house or only a few days at home.
