The house is located on the London Road in Southborough, opposite the Tesco Express and just round the corner from all the shops on the main road, where you will also find the bus stops for travel into Tunbridge Wells or Tonbridge town centres. For those who fancy cycling, there is space in the garage to store bicycles and if you have a car, the parking in the road opposite is unrestricted and easy to find spaces.

The rent includes all bills, including superfast broadband and we have a regular cleaner visit to clean shared areas. There is a beautiful, sunny garden (well, when the sun is out anyway) and a well equipped kitchen and separate utility room for washing and ironing. There is extra storage space in the cellar for suit cases and bigger things which you dont want in your room and which wouldn't suffer from a little damp.

The house is double-glazed throughout, and has a modern combi boiler, so there is always plenty of hot water. On the subject of comfort, all our rooms come with a good quality mattress and furniture and have their own en-suite bathroom facilities.
