Single room to rent. Southborough

Hello,

I have a single room to rent in Southborough.

Shared use of the kitchen, bathroom and outside seating area

It's in a good location about 25min walk into Tunbridge Wells and

High Brooms train station.

My housemates and I are very quiet and spend most of my time in my room if i'm not at work.

Ideally just want someone clean and tidy who is easy going.

A £550 deposit is required and at least 2 references from a employer

and previous landlord
