Rooms to rent – from £550 per month

Firstly let me tell you about what we offer and who we are: My wife and I are live-in hosts and our house is situated in St Margaret’s Bay, an attractive village between Dover and Deal, with stunning National Trust countryside views and great walks on the doorstep and only short walk to the beach. Railway station is about 2 miles (high speed to London 1 hour 20 minutes) and Dover ferry terminal is about 3 miles and about 5 miles to Eurotunnel. Deal, with its many pubs, restaurants and artisan shops is a 10 minute drive away.

We have had several long term guests over the years who we are still in touch with and we consider ourselves to be experienced and sociable hosts whilst being respectful of personal privacy. We are fairly relaxed about our guests having family or friends staying over occasionally.

Obviously our guests are free to come and go as they please but generally they help themselves to breakfast and usually join us for a meal in the evening.

We have a choice of three rooms available and the rent includes food, all utilities, use of washing machine, drier, lounge, garden, hot tub and off road parking.
There are no cooking facilities in the rooms

A spacious En Suite double room with Smart TV, work desk and built in wardrobe.
Price £800 per month

Room 2
A large rear facing double room with built in wardrobe and balcony with striking open views over the countryside. Shared bathroom.
Price £650 per month

Room 3
A standard double room with built in wardrobe and shared bathroom.
Price £550 per month
