No deposit en suite room

Hi I have a large en suite room to let in 4 bed house. The room has a king size bed, lots of storage, TV, mini fridge & kettle along with your own private bathroom with a shower.
I have my own room & bathroom leaving 2 spare bedrooms for my very occasional visitors & storage.

You are free to share a comfy lounge/diner with BT TV & excellent wifi. The kitchen has all usual appliances. There is ample parking on the drive & a garage for storage. Smoking allowed in the garden only. I have 1 elderly cat who shouldn’t bother you too much. Unfortunately I cannot accept any other animals.

The house is a 2 minute walk from St Marys Bay beach & there is a bus stop at the top of the road with buses to Ashford & Folkestone. The house is a 15 minute walk into Dymchurch, where there are Doctors, pubs, cafe’s & the famous RH&D steam railway which goes to Dungeness & Hythe.

There is a large south facing garden with plenty of loungers. I spend a lot of my time in the garden growing my own fruit & vegetables & tending to plants.

I own the house & have previously rented the room out. I am looking for a mature, easy going, friendly, fun person to share my home.

All bills are included as are basic household items (washing powder, cleaning products etc) you would need to buy (& cook!) your own food. I offer to clean the room & change the bedding fortnightly for no extra charge or you can do this yourself if you prefer.

I don't ask for a deposit. I ask that you pay one months rent on the day you move in and monthly thereafter by standing order direct into my account. You can stay as long or short as you need. Maybe you have a short work contract, are looking to move into the area or maybe can’t afford to rent & pay bills?
