Wanted 4 Pfizer gap year students for 1.9.19

Looking for 4 Pfizer gap year students or full time students from Canterbury to share from September 1st 2019.

The house is semi-detached with a sunny, south facing enclosed garden in a private cul-de-sac. The area is very quiet with off-street parking on my forecourt for one car. There are further on street parking spaces on the main Oaklands Avenue.

I provide a large range of cooking and eating utensils. There is lots of space for students goods in the kitchen and I provide 2 fridges and one freezer.

Utilities and bills such as water, gas , electricity, unlimited fibre optic broadband and gardening are included in the rent.

At present I have 4 Pfizer gap year students in the house and they are very happy with the arrangement.

This year's Pfizer student group found each other via social media and are all at different universities in the UK and are in the meantime good friends.

The downstairs bed room is double-sized with a single bed and a pull out truckle bed for guests to stay over. The upstairs single has a 3/4 bed, which is larger than a single. The other two bedrooms are double sized with double beds. Some of the bedroom furniture is antique as it is about 100 years old. It belonged to my grandparents.

The garden is fenced and equipped with cast iron garden furniture. There is a small conservatory attached to living room for smokers. Otherwise this is a non-smoking household.
Assured shorthold tenancy agreement for 12 months.

I have a gardener , who takes care of the outside of the property.
A Guarantor is necessary but the Guarantor is only liable for his or her child's portion of the rent.
