Our housemate is moving out at the end of July and we need someone cool to take her room.
We live in St Peters, 15 min walk to Broadstairs train station and 20 mins into town.
Large double bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden on offer for the right person! £400 pcm not inc bills.
There’s free street parking and it’s always easy to find a space

You’ll be sharing with one female and one male both 26 year old Paramedics.
We’re looking for someone a similar age to us, who’s laidback, sociable, clean and tidy, if you’re not a shift worker you need to be respectful of our weird sleeping patterns.

We’re partial to the occasional bottle of red wine, enjoy a night out and a night in listening to music.
