We are a very friendly, sociable, outgoing couple who are looking for 2 female* professionals to fill 1 small double room and 1 large double room.
We have a lovely home to share with many luxurious amenities:
- Huge 77inch TV with Cinema Sound System - Perfect for movie night! + PS5.
- Big super-comfy chaise longue sofa which provides a great space to chill, watch TV and nap.
- Downstairs area has Aircon, and personally I don't know how I've lived without it before now!
- Cleaner included! A cleaner will come twice a week to clean communal areas (Kitchen, Dining Area, Lounge area, Bathrooms).
- Lovely spacious and relaxing garden with sun loungers and a firepit, perfect for the incoming summer!
- Toasty conservatory!
- Located in a very quiet, gorgeous area of St Peter's with an 8 minute walk to Broadstairs station & town, and only a 15 minute walk to the beach. Local pub is only a 1 minute walk away too!
- External of the house has high-quality night vision cameras fitted for increased security.
- Entire house has been newly renovated to a modern, comfy, contemporary setting. Rooms are fully furnished with comfy ottoman beds and plenty of storage.
- Easy parking available on road – We never have trouble finding a spot.
