I am a live-out landlord. The flat will be occupied by 1 male professional from 1st March so I am looking for a second professional male/female to rent the 2nd room. It is light, spacious and comes with some bedroom furniture, a sofa in the living room and a kitchen equipped with a fridge and washing machine. Depending on tenant preferences, I am able to provide other furnishings.
The bedroom for rent comes with an ensuite. There is garden space downstairs and one dedicated parking space. There is plenty of visitor spaces. All bills included and comes with broadband.
Stone Crossing Station is a 5 minute walk, Greenhithe is a 20 minute walk and you can walk to Bluewater within 20 minutes.
