Spacious double bedroom very close to the high street, 0.9 mile to Strood Station and 1.6 miles to Rochester Station. The property consists in 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room, full equipped kitchen, fully equipped utility room and garden. Only my husband and I live in the property. We are looking for a tidy, respectful, non smoker house mate. We do consider couples but the rent would be calculated accordingly. The room includes a king size bed, 2 set of drawers and a side cabinet. Sky Tv and broadband is also included in the rent. We do have a pet cat, therefore we can't accept any other pets..
