Large double heated room comfortable

Short term let over the Christmas period .Very central to strood town bus stations and motorways A2 M2 to London or Dover. The room is large 10 feet by 10 feet approx, with a double bed. Tv already in the room. Heating is via storage heater in the bedroom and coal fires down stairs. shared bathroom and kitchen. I have animals so pet lovers very welcome one dog and cats. Very relaxed friendly house with garden washing machine and cooking facility's available. There is a Shower and a bath. All bills included but water bill which is £20 extra every 28 days.
Wifi and freeview. Channels are available on roku tv run via wifi.. People can stay longer than 6 months but it's reviewed before agreed. Workers also welcome short term . Please no drugs or heavy drinkers . There are house rules in place for the smooth running of the home.
