Welcome to our (central heated) Room in a family friendly, safe and comfortable environment. The room is in a clean and carpeted house and occupied by a single father and daughter. We are located in a nice, friendly but quiet part of Strood / Frindsbury.
The room is listed as a single but is big enough to have a comfy Double Bed, Chest of Draws, space saving (purpose DIY built) TV Stand (we can loan you a TV for the room too, if required) and a generous Wardrobe.
It is clean, bright and airy. We'll respect your privacy but you'll also have access to the Shared Lounge, Dining Room, Kitchen (including Cooker, Slow Cooker, Microwave, Washing Machine and Dryer, Bath and Toilet in the shared Bathroom, and Gardens (front and back) and be welcomed like one of the family.
Our home is very near to Strood Train Station, the Local Shops, Tesco / Esso Petrol Station, Takeaways, Strood High Street and Rochester Bridge.
We have two small friendly dogs that live here most of the time. We have easy access to the Medway Tunnel and all other road connections A289/A2/M2. There is ample on street parking at the front and side of the house (you will Not Need A Permit in this area).
All utilities will be included except food / drink, but I'm sure we'd be able to come to a fair and friendly arrangement between us.
We would like a professional person who is family and dog friendly, tidy and interested in making our home a safe environment for everyone to live in. We are Non Smokers, so Smoking is Not Permitted within Two Metres of the House.
We want to make you feel comfortable at home and 'will consider any reasonable requests to help you settle in.
We can also offer access to Unlimited High Speed Broadband..

I am a Social Care Professional and I'm tested at work at least three times a week to help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus. I have had both inoculations.
