Double room available for rent in strood

Hi,

I am looking for a tidy, nice and reliable person to rent a room within my home.

I have a double room available within my home. It is furnished with a double bed, in built wardrobe and you will be sharing bathroom with me. There are also on street free parking spaces available.

There is a bus stop a short walk away, with Strood and Rochester train station a short drive away. There are also many local amenities.

I will require references, proof of ID and proof of income. I am also open to video calls to see the space and face-to-face visits for serious enquiries only.

All bills are included which are fast broadband, council tax, electricity and heating.

Note: I have a one year old baby...
