About the spaces...

Your future room is the double master bedroom with an ottoman bed for extra storage - It's currently painted green & furnished - decoration items can be removed once let is agreed. If you want to change the wall colours this can be discussed with the landlord after 1 year of renting.

As well as your room, you will also be given half of the loft extension room, which is a large space shared between yourself and myself (the other tennant) In this space you have a large blue sofa, desk for home-working and a large wardrobe space for hanging clothing, and baskets for storage.

There is a nice big garden with seating area & BBQ (ready for those sunny days) as well as a grassy sunny area too.

If you like cooking you'll have a big kitchen equipped with double-range cooker, slow cooker, air fryer, specialist coffee making equipment, large american fridge and lots of counter space.

The bathroom has been recently renovated so feels luxurious with a large walk-in shower.

⚡Who will you live with?

I am Milo, a belgian-born film-guy with a knack for fixing things - the house is in safe hands with me.

This house also comes with a very cute Australian Shepherd dog called Echo - She is an absolute sweetheart, soft as anything! We are looking for someone who is a dog lover, and are totally open to someone who is even a dog owner themselves. There is a big park & forest only 5 mins walk from the house so it's a perfect location for someone with a dog.

I spend a lot of time in London, out on film shoots or out sailing in Upnor. I leave Echo with a dog sitter outside of the house when I am away on jobs lasting more than a few hours so there is no expectation of you to care for my dog.
