Hi. I have a room available to rent in my 2 bedroom house. It's listed as a single room but it's in between a single and double room size wise.
It's a 2 min walk from Strood town centre and a 5 min walk to the train station. Also it only takes a 10 min walk to get to Rochester high street.
The only thing I would expect from the person who rents the room is to keep there room clean and tidy up after themselves if they make any mess.
