Local amenities include: 24h Tesco (literally 2min walk), Morrisons, Asda, Aldi, Dominos pizza (5min) or you could take a stroll to Rochester high street where you will find lots of nice shops and restaurants:)

I am looking for a responsible person who has a full time job, that is clean and tidy and respectful of someone else's home (this isn’t a party house).

The house will suit a quiet professional who doesn’t want to share the space with large amount of people. It’s a big house with only 1 more person currently living in there and I do want to keep it this way.
