Double room to rent in refurbished house.

Hi there,

I have renovated my 3 bed Victorian house and am looking for a person who needs a room on a short term or longer term basis.

The room available is a double bedroom from the, 31st November a at £100 per week for a single person. It comes with a bed/Mattress, built in wardrobe/shelving unit and a friendly pot plant! :)

The house is situated in Strood Kent, about 5 mins walk from the local Station where there is a regular connecting service to London Bridge within the hour or St Pancras via the fast train in 35 mins. The house is a 5 minute drive from the A2 to London and about a 15 drive to the M20 and 20 mins to the M25. Parking is on road. Would suit someone looking for a short term let. Would suit a city commuter or someone who works within the Kent area. I'm unfortunately not unable to take anyone working ad-hoc for a temping agency etc.

Bills, Council tax, broadband and the odd cup of tea :) are included in the price.
