1 Room available in new build 3 storey end terrace

I have 1 beautiful room available to rent in my home. The room includes a brand new king-size bed and wardrobe. Everything within the house is new including sofa, 85" tv with surround sound, 6 seater table, kitchen appliances, 6 seater garden furniture and bbq. There is one space available outside the property and is on a first come first serve basis, there is visitor parking available but can't guarantee how long it will last without needing a permit. There is 1 bathroom to share between 2 rooms as I have my own on the top floor, there is also a downstairs toilet.

I am looking for respectable, friendly tenants to share my home with. I work a variety of shifts which include nights so will need people of considerate of this as I will be of their needs.

The transport links to Canterbury and London are good with plenty of buses stopping directly outside the estate and Sturry train station a 10 minute walk.
