Double room, en-suite and own living room

Hi, my name is Charlie. I have a 4 bedroom house in Sturry, Canterbury and I’m looking to rent two rooms out to a single occupant. The two rooms and en-suite are on the top floor. The bedroom consists of a double bed, 2 bed side tables and built in wardrobe and then there is an en-suite shower, bath, sink and toilet. There is a second room, that could be used as a living room, which has a built in wardrobe and cupboard space. There is also a small landing at the top of the stairs between the two rooms.

I live in the bottom of the house with my dog Peggy. Shared use of kitchen and garden. There is parking on the drive and extra space for storage if needed. Happy to rent the room as is or I can take the furniture out. Currently I have TV with Sky in the living room, which I’m happy for you to watch if available and you will have access to a Netflix account, SkyGo and unlimited WIFI. Sky has the full movies package and box sets.

I’m a professional working person and out at work Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm. I am ideally looking for someone who is a clean and tidy, working professional or a mature student, but not someone who is working from home permanently. Happy with a male or female tenant and happy with a smoker, but must smoke outside or in the garage.

The road I live on is a quiet cul-de-sac in Sturry, Canterbury, 5 mins walk from the train station, bus stops and local shops.

Rent per month is £750 with a deposit of £500 upfront. All bills are included in the monthly price. Reference checks are required. The rooms are available to rent from 2nd March.
