Looking for a professional female to rent my double room out too.... Choice of bath-rooms but not en-suit... Very friendly lovely quiet cul-de-sac, off street parking also, 2 minutes drive from junction 5 of the M25... Free wi-fi, bills included, would have to own TV, areal socket in room... small house but immaculately tidy, STRICT NON SMOKING policy, Happy to consider Monday-Friday if need be, price to be discussed. WOULD NEED A CAR !..Have great local local shop with post office 2 mins walk away. Sevenoaks is 2.5 miles away, with train lines running to London to Charing C, London Bridge & Canon St, , x3 references MUST be provided & will be followed up. I work from home a lot of the week.
