Ground floor flat with spare double bedroom. Shared facilities. Please note a Boxer Dog lives here too, so you must be ok with dogs. Working person/couple preferred.. if couple then rent will be £200pm extra. Double bed or two singles can be provided. No extra guests/visitors allowed at any time. Cental heating, WiFi , bath and shower ( shared with owner) new washing machine and tumble dryer. Garden available for your use and backs only miles of countryside walks. Bills included but you buy your own food!
