Large double room for rent, Whitstable

Hi all, relisted due to being let down.

I have a large furnished double room to let in my 3 bed mid terrace in the quiet swalecliffe area of Whitstable. You will have a shared bathroom and kitchen/diner area, garden etc. There is plenty of on road parking and possibility of off road parking/secure garden for a bike. Facilities include unlimited fibre broadband, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The property is a 5 minute walk from the sea front and train station and 2 min walk from the bus stop.

I am a clean and tidy person and work shifts. I am looking for a tidy, quiet and honest person of a relatively similar age, who will be respectful of my house and privacy. If you get in late/up really early, this wont be suitable for you, nor if you are a party animal. Must be in full time employment for the foreseeable. Pets considered.
