We are two professionals with a child. I am a teacher and my partner is a software developer who works from home. We
love long walks, travelling, boardgames, art, and chilling.

Additionally, you will have shared-access to a well-equipped large kitchen overlooking a garden- an oasis of green, 1 upstairs bathroom, tumble dryer, washing machine, bathroom facilities, and your own private WC + private fridge.

We are looking for a clean, and kind housemate. Our lovely lodger of 3 years just moved out so we are looking for someone to move in after the 28th of January. We are updating the furniture and room but viewings welcomed.

We fell in love with serenity of Swanley with its semi-rural picturesque landscapes and close links to London.
-30 seconds walk to bus stop
-5 mins drive or 15 mins walk to Swanley station with 30 mins direct access to London Victoria + London Bridge

- Asda and town centre ( 2 minute drive or 10 min walk)
