Good transport links Swanley Train Station (20mins to London Bridge) 15minute walk and 5 min walk to Asda superstore and weekly markets in the square. Beautiful Swanley Park is a two minute walk away & great for dogs and long summer evening walks.
Im a live in landlord with a cheeky chihuahua for company. We’re both really friendly and I’m out of the property working during day time six days a week. If you smoke, I have a front and back garden and if you’re green fingered, even better! I don’t drink but I do vape. I have lovely neighbours and because we live in a cul de sac, we all know and look out for each other. If you’re a student then I’ll make sure you have a desk, if required.
