Large double bedrooms available

Hi

I’m Zab, I’m married to Will and we will own a large 6 bed house with our toddler Zavier. We have two rooms available for rent and are looking for professionals or mature students.

The house is detached and has a large drive and large garden, two living rooms and home gym, separate kitchen with lots of storage, American style fridge and range cooker.

We have two bedrooms available,

Bedroom 1: the original master bedroom and has two large built in wardrobes and private en-suite double bed and large chest of drawers, bedside table and large 52inch tv.

Bedroom 2: a large double room with one large built in wardrobe and access to master bathroom which only you will use. Also included is a double bed, bedside table, separate double wardrobe, chest of drawers and 32 inch tv.

My husband and I have a loft extension which is where we are located and have private en-suite.

There will be a lot of privacy for any prospective tenants. You will have access to a separate living room.

For anyone into fitness we have a well equipped gym with spin bike, running machine, rowing machine, free weights, boxing bag and squat rack.

My husband and I work full time, I work in banking and my husband in the military. We also own and run a lively restaurant and cocktail bar which any tenant will be more than welcome to visit.
