The bathroom that is next door in the hallway has a large bathtub with rainfall shower. Separate toilet. To be shared with me, single young girl and single young guy who’s never home.
I don’t accept smokers and it’s not enough room for children- apologies.
Room is suitable for a couple. Wi-Fi and Netflix access come with it too ;)
I offer very simple one page lodgers contract.
