Cosy single bedroom

Looking for a professional female for house share. Shared amenities include washing machine, dishwasher, large f/freezer. Brand new 55” tv in shared lounge. I smoke cigarettes so keep that in mind. I have a lovable little house hippo (Staffy X) so a dog/animal lover a MUST.
The room is cosy, light and airy decor but I’m not opposed to you putting your stamp on it (within reason). Brand new single bed with orthopaedic mattress, new curtains and furnished with single wardrobe and matching units. You’ll have complete privacy in your room (internal lock) so you will be responsible for keeping it clean. I’m easy to get on with and will make sure you feel welcome and comfortable in my home.
I do not permit drink (Alcohol) or smoke in the room. Please do not apply if you have a drug or drink dependency. This is not the house you need. I expect you to clean up after yourself and again, you must be an animal person. If you’re not then please do not apply. The dog has the final say on everything. If she likes you, I will too.
Council tax band C , all bills included and reviewed every 3 months. Parking is available and it’s a short walk to Asda Superstore and Swanley train station. 20 minutes to London Bridge.
