About me and the house:
A female professional working in the City (investment banking). Easy going, down to earth.
A 3 bedroom home. The main bedroom (mine) is ensuite so you'll have the guest bathroom to yourself. Unlimited high speed broadband. Sky TV available. Parking available for an additional car (exc mine). The house is on a lovely street in the newly built Ebbsfleet Garden City. The garden gets good sun.
The development has tennis courts, a hotel, a nice pub with a garden (Spring River). A residential development with no thoroughfare for non-residents.
This home is a peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle of a very busy life. For me, going home is my chance to get some peace and quiet. The home is therefore suitable someone who appreciates that this is not a home open to guests and partners.
The suitable tenant is one who appreciates a clean, comfortable home. While I'm not pedantic (e. g. clean every dish after each use) I appreciate a naturally considerate roommate.
Travel:
(1) the closest train station is Ebbsfleet International which is a 5 min drive / 20 min walk - (7 mins into Stratford International and 19 mins into London St. Pancras). I travel into work and can rest assured I'll get a train at least every 10 minutes.
(2) Swanscombe and Northfleet train stations are also nearby.
(3) There is a shuttle to the station (Arriva Click) which works like an uber. You pre-book the shuttle and it collects you from your home.
30 minutes drive to The O2, Greenwich.
Home is my sanctuary, peaceful place. The ideal housemate will be someone I can get along well with while also giving each other space within the house. I'm not keen on partner sleepovers due to the close proximity and need for sense of security and comfort in the home.
