Large downstairs double room available in lovely clean house with predominant use of a small downstairs bathroom.
Only room on the floor so lots of space and privacy.

The bedroom is furnished with a new double bed, bedside tables, rails for clothes (though this can be upgraded to a wardrobe) and a set of drawers.

The current housemates all get on and there is a lovely welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a professional who is clean, tidy and respectful to join us.

House has 7 rooms spread over three floors and has plenty of space so doesn’t feel too busy.

There is a shared living room with dining area that you’re welcome to use, big garden

Located 3 mins from Northfleet or Ebbsfleet train station and 5 mins from the A2 - on street parking is very safe

We have a small dog who we love and who is a pleasure to have around. So no pets and someone who likes animals please
