I have two double bedrooms on the High Street in Swanscombe, Greenhithe & Stone Crossing area. Next to Station with Parking.

The price of the rent includes Gas, Electricity, Water, TV licence, Broadband & The Cleaners salary.

If you are a couple there is an additional surcharge of £250 per calendar month. So the lounge room which is the full width of the house with two double wardrobes would work out at £900 per calendar month.

PLEASE HAVE A PICTURE OF YOURSELF SET UP ON YOUR PROFILE WITH SPAREROOM. MESSAGES FROM PROFILES WITHOUT A PICTURE WILL BE DELETED.

My cleaner comes into the property weekly cleaning the lounge, hall, stairs and landing, kitchen, utility room, shower room and toilet.

On street parking .

When sending me a message on spare room please include your full name as it appears on your passport. Your nationality and whether you are male or female. Your mobile number and an email address so that we can contact you. Finally what you do for work, what industry you are employed in and how long you have been employed.

If you decide to take one of my rooms then all I ask is prior to you moving in, is that you send me your last three wage slips or contract of employment, if you have just been offered a job. Also your driving license and/or passport to prove who you are.

The rent does not include council tax this will be billed separately at the end of each month.

The council tax is £30.33 per month
