Self-contained first floor studio, with a compact shower room and kitchen. Part of a family home in a semi-rural location. Bed-sitting area with Ikea sofabed. Galley kitchen with two ring hob, microwave/oven/grill, fridge with freezer compartment. Small outside sitting area with views over garden and greenery. Access via a steep outside staircase. Own transport best due to the location, one parking space provided. Electric heating.

Sorry no washing machine or access to clothes washing or drying facilities, but there are launderettes within a 20 minute drive.

All bills included except electricity (via a meter). No Wifi or phone socket, but there is a sky disk ready to be connected.

Would suit a quiet older (over 35) countryside lover who is seeking a peaceful life. Not suitable for anyone who holds parties or has lots of visitors. Although one parking space is provided there is no other parking nearby, so visitors with cars have to park 5-10 minutes walk away across the village green (no pavement or street lighting).

Must be ok with dogs, as we have a friendly one. Non-smoker preferred.
