1-bed self-contained Annex

At the bottom of my garden I have a high-spec, beautifully decorated 1-bed annex. It has its own access and a shared garden as well as a small private patio.
10 minutes walk to local train station.
The village is quiet, surrounded by nice walks and there is a local pub.
All bills included.
Would suit a single, person. Probably too small for a couple on a full-time basis.
Non-smoker preferred.
Available long term.

Parking is on the surrounding roads.
