Our home is too big for us now and we are looking to welcome two people to enjoy the peaceful location, beautiful views and ease the financial burden
We are a mile from town , but surrounded by fields. The nearby town of Tenterden has supermarkets, coffee shops, independent shops, doctors etc
There are active churches for most denominations and lots of clubs and activities that can be joined in the town.
A car is essential as there is no pavement on the road to town.
We have 4 rescue dogs and so being good with dogs is a must.
There is a hot tub in the garden that can be used by agreement.
Individuals that apply should be willing to keep the property clean and tidy, be respectful of the other occupants and above all, be friendly.
Applicants can be in full or part time work or retired.
