I have a large and spacious house totally renovated 18 months ago.

The double bedroom I have to rent is approximately 200 sq. ft, with a wall mounted smart television. It has an ensuite bathroom, 6ft bath with separate shower, heated towel rail and has underfloor heating. The room has no neighbouring bedrooms so it’s very private. It has a double aspect view over farmland and orchards. Outside, the sunny garden wraps around the house, with two patios. There is plenty of off-road parking.

Downstairs, there is a reception room with a log burner. The kitchen, with underfloor heating, is large and well equipped. There is a cloakroom & utility room.

The house is semi rural, approximately three miles from Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells.
