*Must love small dogs as I have 3. 1 chihuahua, 1 French bull dog and one jack russel cross shitzu. Lovely nature dogs.
*Close to all local amenities including Waitrose, small Tesco, banks, cafes, restaurants, take away's, small department store, local butchers, bakers, hardware store, hair, beauty and nails, library, dry cleaners and so much more.
*Paddock Wood mainline train station is 5-10 min walking distance and is approx 45- 50 minutes to London Bridge and Charring Cross.
*Local bus routes, sports centre, Church, schools, countryside walks, farms, horse livery also within short walking distance.
*The bedroom has a new double bed and mattress, fitted mirrored wardrobes with plenty of storage, bedside cabinets and dressing table with mirror.
*The use of the bathroom with white suit consisting of bath and newly fitted power shower over, basin and wc.
*The use of the well fitted kitchen with integrated washing machine and dishwasher plus American fridge freezer.
