Looking for a friendly easy going housemate to rent the largest double room in the house.

Shared living room, dinning room, kitchen and bathroom. Two existing male flatmates both work and are often out in the evening or staying at Girlfriends houses. Which makes for a quiet/ relaxed home environment.

House is warm in the winter and pleasantly cool in the summer.

Decent size garden and shed for storage.

There is on street parking which doesn't require a permit. Tonbridge Town center is 10 mins walk and station 15.

Ideal flatmate would in 20s/ 30s working professional who pays rent and bills on time.

Bills are approx 100 extra a month (1/3rd split of wifi, utilities and council tax)
