The room comes fully furnished and as I have my own en-suite you will get predominantly sole use of the main bathroom, which has a shower and bath.
The flat has a good size balcony and is a very short walk from the station, so perfect for commuters. There is permit parking on the road behind - I think it’s no more than £45 for the year.
I’m a sociable person so would be happy to share with someone who likes a good chat and a few gins on the weekend!
