Nice garden with large table and chairs, umbrella, chiminier and barbecue.
It's a relaxed household and a true shared house. Lots of people rent out the sitting rooms and dining rooms in these properties and overcrowd them but this one is a nice place to live - a shared house with a shared sitting room and dining room to chill out in. It's quite a spacious house and the existing guys are well settled and a nice couple of chaps. Has everything you need - washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, broadband with wifi, flat screen TV, etc.
It's not a party house - friends welcome round for gentle socialising though! No smoking house although smoking ok in the garden.
