We are a family who have successfully rented out our spare room for many years.
The person who moves in has the sole use of their own room. The kitchen, dining room and bathroom are shared (not too bad as there are 3 bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom)! They can use the garden, and drive for one car.
We keep the living room for our use and all talk and interacting happens in the kitchen and dining room area.
We are a 7 minute walk of Tonbridge Train Station and 1 minute walk to the bus stops.
We are a working family but friendly too.
